01Booking duration & delivery+
- The minimum booking period is 3 hours.
- One extra hour costs 50 AED; the maximum duration is 4 hours.
- Delivery charges depend on the event location.
02Payment & date changes+
- A 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid 24 hours before the event.
- Date changes must be requested at least 4 days before the booked date.
03Customer cancellation+
- More than 7 days before the event: full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- Less than 7 days before the event: a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations within 1–2 days of the event are non-refundable.
04Company cancellation & client responsibilities+
- If the company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the booking can be fully refunded or rescheduled.
- The client must provide a suitable operating area and electrical connection points.
- The equipment does not place an unusual burden on the electricity supply.
